First up - Alaska!

12th Jan 2026

Well, 2026 didn't get off to the start we wanted...thanks to the flu.   The studio caught it, and things slowed to a crawl.  But the good news is that it's all behind us, the bad news is that we're about a week late in launching our 50 States project. But better late than never! So for our first State artwork for 2026 Tricia and I randomly decided to start with the last State to join the Union, Alaska!  We've never been to Alaska, but we do have many customers there, and sin … read more

As always ... Made in America!

15th Apr 2025

Back when Tricia and I would exhibit at the big trade shows (NY, Philly, Atlanta, Denver, etc, etc) we would enjoy walking the show floor ahead of the show's opening.  That pastime turned into a game for us: which one of us could spot something we designed or carved for sale in another company's booth. It was odd if we *didn't* see something we'd created for sale with another producer; mainly off-shore outlets that specialized in imported items and decoratives made from cast plastics or re … read more
