Our 50 States carving for Connecticut!
Hand carved from sustainably harvested and locally sourced Atlantic White Cedar, our Swimming Mermaid is busy swimming and checking her face and hair with a mirror and comb.
We debuted the original version of this carving back over 25 years ago at an art show in Wilton, CT and it has always been a favorite. This version is updated with more detailed hair and face carving, and more graceful arms and tail.
Hand painted, with either a nautical sea-foam color, or a more natural coloring: blonde hair and meticulous eye and face detail (colors can be customized) and hanging from our custom two-piece steel wall bracket (included)
